This recipe was adapted from a recipe by Lil’ Luna, please visit her website for her Blondies recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups white chocolate chips. melted & cooled
1 cup peanut butter chips
powdered sugar, used as a garnsh
Directions:
Mix together the dry ingredients & set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the wet ingredients; eggs, sugar & vanilla. Add in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture, & mix well. Mix in the dry ingredients until combined. Stir in the peanut butter chips. Spread the batter into a 9″x13″ greased baking pan. Bake at 350 F for about 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean, being careful not to over-bake. Cool in the pan, then sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into squares.
Recipe Notes:
My guys are big fans of all things white chocolate, so this was a hit with them, & made an excellent lunchbox treat!

These look delicious! I think I may have eaten more peanut butter in the past 6 months than in my entire lifetime. I’ve been dipping apples in it. 🙂

I love peanut butter & apples! One of my favorite lunches is peanut butter toast topped with sliced apples.
