This is a great recipe when company is staying over. It’s already prepared ahead of time, you just need to pop it in the oven. Can’t beat this one for a brunch, or potluck breakfast dish. Make sure you dice the ham finely, it makes for a better overall texture and blends with the other ingredients nicely. Truly delicious!

Wow, here’s a recipe that takes me back, it was an absolute staple in our home, and it comes from my Mom’s sourdough cookbook that I mentioned in an earlier post.
